- The new standard warranty without online registration for HID FARGO DTC printers (excluding the HID FARGO C50) is two years of coverage on printers and printheads. The warranty with online registration for these printers and printheads is three years.
- The new standard warranty without online registration for HID FARGO inkjet printers is two years of coverage on printers. The warranty with online registration for these printers is three years.
- The new standard warranty without online registration for the HID FARGO C50 is one year of coverage on both the printer and printhead. The warranty with online registration for these printers and printheads is two years.
- The new standard warranty without online registration for HID FARGO HDP printers is two years of coverage on printers and printheads. The warranty with online registration is three years for these printers and lifetime warranty on printheads.
- Effective October 2020, customers who opt to register their newly purchased HID FARGO® printers online will receive an additional year of warranty coverage over the recently published standard warranty.
Customers have the option to either scan the QR code printed on the warranty card (which will take them directly to the registration page and auto-populate their printer model and serial number) or manually enter the link into their browser to reach the online Printer Registration.
