To determine if any of your current inventory falls under the legacy warranty or the new standard warranty, please check the serial number located on the outside of the box that the printer was shipped in and use the guide below.

Customers have the option to either scan the QR code printed on the warranty card (which will take them directly to the registration page and auto-populate their printer model and serial number) or manually enter the link into their browser to reach the online Printer Registration.
