1. Mailing Address for Checks: Please ensure that all checks are sent to our new address mentioned above. We kindly request that you update your payment records to reflect this change to avoid any disruptions in processing. Our updated terms page provides details for payment by Zelle in addition to download of our 2023 W9 form.
2. Will Call Orders: If you typically pick up orders from our office by will call, we will continue to accommodate these orders at our new location with curbside service between 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday. For best experience, please place your order in advance so we can confirm items are ready for pickup and the approximate time to expect you. Upon arrival, please park in the meters in front of the building and call 310-531-8505 to advise the make/model and color of your vehicle so we can bring items out.
3. Return Authorizations. Any returns must be sent to our new location to be considered for credit, exchange or repair. Customers are responsible for getting returned items to us and they will be processed based on the condition they are received. RA’s are valid for 30 days as noted by our return policy.
