How to activate a Brivo Mobile Pass
- If you haven’t already, go ahead and download the Brivo Mobile Pass app from Google Play or the App Store.
- You’ll get an invitation email from your Brivo Admin. If you tap on the Add my Pass button and the app tells you it could not locate your Brivo Mobile Pass, tap on the Enter Invite Code button in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Important Note: Your Invite Code will be included in the email you got from your Brivo Admin.
- Enter the Email and Invite Code from your invitation email.
- Tap the Redeem Invite button.
- Congratulations, you’re done
Optimal read range for Brivo Mobile
-Users have to be on site to unlock the door with the app and can be as far as 30 feet away.
How to unlock a door remotely
-Super admins can log into Brivo remotely to unlock a door offsite.
