Photo Verification:
Credential cameras were installed to capture visitor images when ID photos did not match the identification of the individual onsite, adding an extra layer of identity verification.
Flexible Hosting & Oversight:
The system supported multiple hosts per visit, ensuring supervisors and managers—especially for international visitors—had visibility and control over who was allowed on campus with customizable watchlist settings.
Real-Time Onsite Dashboard:
Upon exit, visitor badges were scanned at guard gates, automatically checking out the visitor. This provided the facility with a live dashboard showing all individuals onsite, supporting emergency readiness and accountability.
Cloud Migration:
Moving to HID’s secure cloud-based visitor management platform relieved the IT team of maintaining a local database containing hundreds of thousands of records.
